Biletjack, an authorized ticket sales platform, sells tickets on behalf of the "organizer, event venue, club, or theaters" (hereinafter each referred to as the "Event Organizer") organizing the event for which you purchased the ticket and charges a service fee per ticket, however, it does not have the right or authority to determine ticket prices or seating arrangements. The ticket purchaser declares and undertakes that they have purchased the ticket solely for personal use without any commercial purpose, and unless expressly permitted in writing by the Event Organizer or their representatives, they will not use the ticket for any commercial purpose or activity. For example, the purchased ticket cannot be resold to third parties in any way, offered for sale at an additional cost or otherwise; the purchased ticket cannot be used for promotional or other commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, contests, and sweepstakes.
The maximum number of tickets per person for events is determined by the Event Organizer. This number is specified in the Please Note section on the event page and at the initial stage of purchase. The purpose of this practice is to prevent unfair ticket purchases. Ticket purchases may be limited per person and/or per credit card for some events, while for others, they may be limited per household. If we determine that this rule has been violated in any way, whether by using multiple cards for ticket purchases or by using the cards of members of the same household, Biletjack reserves the right to unilaterally cancel tickets purchased above the specified quantity without prior notice. Purchasing tickets through automated means is strictly prohibited.
Tickets are usually sold through various distribution points such as the internet, call center, retail outlets, etc. Since all sales channels have access to the same ticket pool, tickets for popular events can quickly sell out. In some cases, additional tickets may be released for sale before the event at the decision of the Event Organizer, but we do not have any control over the capacity or ticket availability and cannot guarantee in this regard.
You are responsible for the control and safekeeping of your tickets. Note that tickets can become unusable due to direct sunlight or heat, so store them in a safe place. Biletjack is not responsible in any way for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets rendering them unusable.
The Event Organizer may cancel events or change dates for various reasons. In such cases, the procedures to be followed are determined and announced by the organizer. Biletjack is not responsible for the cancellation and/or rescheduling of the event; the Organizer is responsible. It is your responsibility to stay informed about whether the event has been canceled and the new date and time of a rescheduled event through announcements. We will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders of the cancellation or change before the event date, subject to obtaining the necessary authorization from the Event Organizer. However, we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed well in advance of the event cancellation or change.
Generally, all ticket sales are final. In accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, you do not have the right of withdrawal for the tickets you purchase. In case of lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets, no ticket exchange/new ticket issuance or refund will be made. Except for the cancellation of the event, sold tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded in any way after the sales transaction. However, if it is not possible for the ticket holder to attend the rescheduled event, a refund may be issued to the ticket holders. Refund amounts are limited to the refund amount stated on the purchased ticket and no other additional amount can be requested. Additionally, in the event of event cancellation or postponement, the Event Organizer may impose certain restrictions on refund conditions and has the right to make changes to the program. It is your responsibility to comply with the final refund request dates and other instructions set by the organizer. No ticket or refund will be issued outside the refund dates set by the organizer. The terms and conditions of ticket purchase are governed by the rules and regulations set by the venue and the Event Organizer of the event. Violation of any of these Rules and Regulations, which may lead to unacceptable behavior causing damage, disturbance, or injury (for public safety reasons), gives the venue or Event Organizer the right to remove you from the venue and you will not be entitled to a refund. In this case, we emphasize that our company will not have any liability, and there will be no payment obligation on our part, including the ticket price. Security checks may be conducted from time to time to ensure your safety at the venue. Additionally, some organizers have the right to refuse ticket sales to customers without personal information for security reasons or other reasons. Therefore, if you do not want your personal information to be shared with the event organizer, the organizer has the right to refuse ticket sales to you, and before completing the order and purchasing the ticket, you must carefully read the "Privacy Statement," an integral part of this agreement. If you do not want your personal information to be shared with the event organizer, and if ticket sales cannot be made to you for this reason, Biletjack will not be responsible for this situation.
Entry and exit to the event venue are made in accordance with the rules and regulations set by the Event Organizer and the event venue. If you arrive late for the event, you may be allowed entry based on the rules and regulations set by the Event Organizer, which may vary according to the organizer. Biletjack cannot guarantee or be held responsible for the admission of latecomers.
The use of cameras, mobile phones, or recording equipment is subject to the rules and regulations set by the Event Organizer. Therefore, the introduction of cameras or other recording equipment, laser pointers, and mobile phones into the event venue may be prohibited.
Except for guide dogs for the visually impaired, the Event Organizer may prohibit animals from being brought into the event area.
The Event Organizer may prohibit customers from bringing outside food and beverages into the venue.
The event venue, Event Organizer, and Biletjack do not assume any responsibility for customers' personal belongings.
The ticket holder is entitled to one seat with a specified value on the ticket, and the event venue or Event Organizer reserves the right to assign a different seat than the one specified on the ticket to the ticket holder. In this case, only the Organizer is responsible, and Biletjack is not responsible.
Biletjack is not under any obligation, commitment, or responsibility other than the specified price and service fee written on the ticket for tickets/ticket sales and/or events. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that Biletjack's liability is limited to this clause, and you agree not to hold Biletjack responsible for any claims beyond the liability limit stated in this clause.

Our website is prepared in Turkish. In case of any discrepancy or contradiction between texts, the Turkish text shall prevail.
Commercial electronic messages within the scope of the contract may be sent to you with your prior consent. Since consent can be obtained in writing or through any electronic communication means, if you do not want to receive commercial electronic messages within the scope of the contract, we remind you to remove the consent checkmark in the "sending electronic messages" section. Additionally, you have the right to refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without stating any reason. However, if you provide contact information for communication purposes, it is legally possible to communicate with you for marketing, promotion, and/or change services related to the same or similar services without obtaining additional consent. Nevertheless, you have the right to refuse such communication and revoke the permissions given in this regard, and it is sufficient to communicate this request to us by any means.

If you wish, you can easily access a physical copy of the contract by printing it out. Therefore, we want you to know that the contract terms and general transaction conditions are easily provided and stored by you. Your access to the contract will continue in proportion to your access to our site.
The privacy rules regarding the use of our site and this contract are detailed in the "Privacy Statement" section of the "Our Policies" section. In this context, we inform you that you should carefully read, review, and inform us of any different requests regarding the Privacy Statement. The Privacy Statement is an integral part of this Agreement and will be applied and enforced in conjunction with the Agreement. Therefore, by approving the contract and/or the order, you are deemed to have accepted the provisions of the Privacy Statement. We emphasize that this clause is a written evidence and proof.
All of these terms and conditions are subject to Turkish Law. Biletjack has informed all consumers in advance about the contract terms and content before purchasing the ticket, and by purchasing the ticket and confirming the order, you are deemed to have accepted that you have been pre-informed about the regulations of this contract, and this clause is a written evidence and proof. In case of any dispute arising from this Agreement and/or ticket or service purchase transactions, our primary goal is to try to resolve the dispute amicably. However, in cases where a settlement cannot be reached through reconciliation, we want you, as consumers who purchase tickets from our site, to know that you can refer your potential problems to Consumer Arbitration Committees and/or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits published in the relevant legislation. Additionally, in all disputes arising from the contract, Trabzon metropolitan) Courts and Enforcement Offices will be competent, and we emphasize that this provision is a "jurisdiction agreement" provision.
